At Yellowstone TV Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your frontier-inspired gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
